Description

The villa is divided on three floors. On the ground floor you can find the kitchen from which you get direct access to the panoramic terrace. On the same level there is also a bedroom with king size bed, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. From the terrace you have direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
On the first floor is the main entrance which leads directly into the spacious living area with fireplace. You will also find another bedroom with king size bed, 1 sofa bed in the living area, a bathroom with shower and another covered terrace with sea view. At the same level the property offers you another seat with gazebo, where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset.
On the top floor you will find another bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with shower, a single bedroom and a second bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with Jacuzzi. Each room has a own balcony overlooking the bay of San Gregorio. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Villa Elina is located on a hill above San Gregorio in Scafa Alta, ideally reachable from the motorway exit Brolo / Capo d’Orlando. The nearest beach is about 4 km away and can be easily reached in 10 minutes. It is also possible to take walks in the nature of the Nebrodi area directly from the villa or discover the “Sentiero Goletta” which leads from San Gregorio to Capo d’Orlando.
