Villa Marzia enjoys a unique position on the north coast of Sicily with a stunning view to the Aeolian Islands! In a few minutes you can reach the beach of San Gregorio, an old fishing village and catches you with its atmosphere. San Gregorio is close to the newly built harbor, which revitalise in the evening and invites for an aperitif with its severalbars and restaurants.
Villa Marzia is surrounded by its own garden and in the morning, you can have breakfast on the terrace or take a dip in the private swimming pool. The villa is also built very ecologically and produces his own energy due to the solar panels on the roof.
On the ground floor at Villa Marzia you can find the living room with TV, sofa corner and fireplace, which is connected to the fully equipped kitchen. Next to it there is the first bedroom with a small private bathroom and shower.
From the kitchen you reach the upper area of the villa, where are two more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The adjoining bedroom offers guests two single beds and an extra bed. On the same floor there is also another bathroom with shower. From the upper floor you have direct access to the private swimming pool where you can fully enjoy your holidays in all tranquillity.

Villa Marzia is located in Scafa, near Capo d’Orlando, above the new port, from where you can take trips to the Aeolian Islands (Alicudi, Filicudi, Lipari, Salina, Vulcano, Panarea and Stromboli). The northern coast of Sicily offers a unique landscape, the diversity of the Nebrodi nature reserve, as well as the miles of beaches of Capo d’Orlando. Explore the coast from Capo d’Orlando to Capo Milazzo and be enchanted by the unique beauty of this island. Also experience the flair of the fishing village of San Gregorio, with its characteristic houses and enjoy the freshly caught fish at Matteo. Also inviting are the stretches of beach Testa di Monaco or Capo Calavà, which promise relaxation even in high season.
