The Villa Nebrodi is built on two levels. With it’s spacious rooms this beautiful villa offers you a lot of liberty and space. Directly on the entry you can find the dining room furnished with a large table. Next to the dining room you can find also an comfortable living room with a wood fireplace, wich invites you to pass your evenings enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Outside of the living room there is also a big wintergarden, where you also can marvel the beautiful view to San Marco d’Alunzio and the Eolian Islands.

Backstage you can find 5 bedrooms with their private bathroom with shower and a common bathroom with washing machine. On the backyard, there is a seperate entrance wich brings you on the upper level where you can find other 2 bedrooms with their private bathroom with shower and a nice terrace with view on the mountains.

Outside, the Villa is equipped also with a big swimming pool, sunloungers and a gazebo, where you can relax and just einjoy the silence of this unique place. Next to the kitchen, outside there is also a covered Barbecue place. Behind the Villa the owner planted his own grapvines and the whole property is extended on 7 hectare.

The great position of this beautiful place is perfect for everyone who plans to organize a Trekking Tour or wants just relax in the middle of the Nature.
