With its optimal position, Villa Surgiuntina enjoys a strategic location, 30 meters to the “Saracena coast” in Capo d’Orlando. The villa is surrounded by its own flower garden and offers a relaxed atmosphere.
As you pass through the gate of our Villa Surgiuntina, you will have an unforgettable stay. The entrance area is very spacious and arranged with stylish furniture. From here you can enjoy a beautiful garden view. Right next to it, there is the cozy dining area which invites you to pleasant moments. Thanks to its window front it is always pleasantly illuminated. Our guests of Vila Surgiuntina have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen too, which can be easily reached from the dining and outdoor area. The upper floor you can easily reach from the living room.
This is equipped with 4 bedrooms, all of them have a private bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with antique furniture in typical Sicilian style and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tube. From here you can enjoy the view of the flower garden and relax. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with shower. Villa Surgiuntina also offers its guests an exclusive double bedroom suite and its private bathroom equipped with shower and a veranda with direct sea and garden view. Right next to the Suite there is another double bed room which can also be used as two single beds. This solution is perfect for a group of friends or families with children, who would like to enjoy their privacy.
Moreover, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so even in hot summer nights a restful night’s sleep can be enjoyed.
